Hi, I’m Randy! I am a Father and professionally a Data Technical Program Manager.  A User-centric, analytics-driven program manager who resolves complex business challenges with technology solutions. I have extensive qualifications in building/managing technical teams, partnering with sales, product, design, engineering, and other XFN teams to define Program/Product metrics and OKRs, understand customer pain points/user stories, evaluate risks and issues. I specialize in advertisement revenue insights, meaning I look for trends and opportunities to increase revenue for advertisers ranging from small, medium, to large businesses.  Besides doing data analysis, building tools, building visualization dashboards, program/product management, and presenting data-driven strategies, I am a huge board game and escape room fanatic. There’s just something about solving a challenging problem or puzzle that excites me and keeps me on my feet.  Feel free to contact me for any job opportunities, consulting projects, or career coaching.

Don’t be afraid to push the boundaries. The only barrier that exists, is the one you built yourself.

Jennifer Quach

Flight software systems engineer at Lockheed Martin

"The job search while in school was an intense.
I took on many opportunities to gain new skills and had Randy as a career mentor. I hadn’t personally met anyone from FAANG before Randy, so hearing about his experience getting into FAANG, and seeing his resume gave me an idea of what it takes to break into tech as someone with a design background.

Randy helped me set goals during my job search, and pointed out important interview strategies I had overlooked because I was too focused on preparing for the technical portion.

All the prep and practice we did helped improved my communication and confidence for the real thing. I am happy to say that because of Randy, I landed my first role out of school as a Software Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin."

Cang Nguyen

Data Analyst AT TESLA

"My career consisted of a plethora of entry level jobs in various retail, food, and caretaking industries. I didn’t have a plan before and just lived day to day. I reached out to Randy in hopes of starting an actual career. He assisted me in discovering my strengths, setting out goals, and pathing a plan. I studied up on not only the materials but also the companies I plan to apply for. My resume was spruced up and so was my ability to go through an interview. Prior to this, most of my interviews were done with no practice or prep and I easily get nervous while talking to strangers. All the mock interviews he did with me helped calm me down and I was able to respond with clear answers without rambling on. I’m now a Data Analyst working for Tesla. I’m grateful for all of the help he’s given me and is still giving me to continue to grow even more."

Ryan Le

Database Engineer at INTEL

"Previously having zero job experience and knowledge I had no idea where to begin. Randy stepped in and guided me to learning specific skills and knowledge based on my interests. He helped me build my resume and catered it to get jobs related to my future goals. I have never been through an interview/mock interview before, but Randy was able to train me for them and fully prepare me for any questions that may be asked. Through his connections in the tech industry, I was able to land my first full time job at Corsair in the summer after highschool leading me to be the youngest employee ever at Corsair. This job was simply a stepping stone to my next job 2 years later. Through more help and assistance from Randy, he continued to help guide me and coach me. I am now happily at Intel as a Database Engineer. I couldn’t have done it without Randy."
